A 2.5 -day residential wellbeing retreat by Psyche Vitality
Small group: 10–12 adults
Some losses are visible, while others are harder to name: a bereavement, the end of a relationship, a changing family, loss of a role, identity, or direction, an anticipated goodbye, or a life that has turned out differently from what you imagined.
ROOTED is a small-group weekend retreat offering space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and make room for grief and transition without being asked to “move on”, explain everything, or turn your experience into a problem to be solved. Set within the quiet landscape of Nainital, the weekend brings together evidence-informed psychology, reflective practice, nature, regional contemplative traditions and gentle Ayurvedic-inspired wellbeing experiences.
The retreat has been designed by a Chartered Psychologist and is intentionally spacious, small and consent-led.
