Indian Psychologists Network and SSES Collaborative Survey: Remuneration in the field of Psychology, has anything changed since the last decade

Indian Psychologists Network in collaboration with Sir Syed Education Foundation has initiated a survey on the salary/remuneration information of all the psychology workforce (clinical, counseling, teaching, research and others) in different sectors (government, private, or not-for-profit) in different states and regions of our country in India. The objectives of the current audit are:
1. To identify the field/s where most of the psychology professionals are involved.
2. To profile the remunerations for the psychology professionals.
3. To list out the discrepancies faced by psychology professionals in terms of remuneration.
4. To assess the level of satisfaction with career progression.
5. To enumerate any gap, including that of gender among psychology professionals.
6. To conduct a qualitative analysis of the existing issues of psychology professionals ( clinical, counseling, teaching and others)
