This project investigates the unspoken realities of academic authorship where power, prestige, and position often outweigh contribution. By gathering voices from students, early-career researchers, and marginalized academics, we aim to reveal the systemic exploitation that continues to shape publishing culture. Our goal is to challenge traditional norms, advocate for fairer practices, and elevate ethical collaboration in academia.
