This project dives into the subtle yet powerful emotional residue “stuck energy” we carry from past relationships and how it unconsciously influences our current ones. Whether it’s fear, unmet needs, or unprocessed grief, these unresolved dynamics often show up as projection, anxiety, or disconnection in new partnerships. By blending psychological insight, somatic theory, and relational patterns, this project aims to help individuals recognize and release what no longer serves them, creating space for healthier connections. We invite collaborators interested in trauma-informed work, energy psychology, and attachment theory to co-author or contribute.
